Do you have a safe place to talk anything in your mind?

Do you know anyone who is willing to listen to you without judging, without giving advice, and without interrupting?

When the environment you live in is changing rapidly, filled with uncertainty, and has fear and/or anger, it is not surprise that you feel exhausted and anxious all the time. You might not have realized it, but one day, it might come up as insomnia, losing appetite, and/or something else.


Last few months,

>We experienced unknown

>We heard scary stories

>We saw people losing jobs and businesses

>We felt unstable

>We thought about the worst case scenario

>We witnessed anger

>We stayed home

>We marched on streets


It is understandable and normal to have mixed feeling after experienced the first half of 2020. It has been a crazy time! However, it is not healthy to keep your anxiety, concern, and discomfort too long. If you conceal the feeling too long, there is a possibility of becoming sick.


So it is very important to have a place and/or know a person where/whom you can express what is in your mind and heart before it becomes too late.
